- APP PERMISSIONS (ANDROID & iOS)
To function as a “Concierge,” the App requires specific permissions:
- Camera/Gallery: To upload KYC documents and Property Photos for verification.
- Storage: To save and retrieve drafted Legal Deeds (PDFs).
- Notifications: To alert you about SRO Appointment slots and status changes.
- You may revoke permissions in device settings, but this may disable document uploads.
- DATA SHARING (THIRD PARTIES)
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only on a “Need-to-Know” basis with:
- Government Portals: We push data to e-Nathikaran (WB Govt) to generate your Deed Query Number.
- Service Partners: Empaneled Advocates/Mohurirs strictly for drafting and verification.
- Tech Infrastructure: AWS/Google Cloud (Secure Hosting) and SMS Gateways.
- DATA RETENTION & DELETION
- Retention: We retain transaction records for 5 years to comply with Indian Tax & Property Laws.
- Account Deletion (App Store Requirement): You have the right to be forgotten.
- In-App: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- Effect: We will delete your login and profile data. Note: Registered Deeds are public records and cannot be deleted from Government servers.
